We’ve all been here.  Our guest tells us they are off to take a shower and an hour later, we’re wondering when they will ever leave the bathroom.  We had plans to visit the botanical gardens, dammit!  I immersed myself in firsthand research this week and this is what my studies have concluded.  The next time you have a houseguest, please remember, they are most likely standing naked in your bathroom jumping in and out of the freezing cold/scalding hot shower.
